Originally from Milwaukee WI, I knew art was my path from the start. I began working with ceramics at Martin Luther High School, and found my love of glass at Alfred University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Minor in Art History and Religious Studies.

I like to keep my options open and never want to be held back due to material - I enjoy working in glass, ceramics, wood, and metal . A common theme that I put into my process is duality; pushing two ideas or visual concepts that may seem like opposites into one cohesive piece.

I currently live and work in Racine WI with my wife and partner in everything. In addition to my own artistic career I also work at Hot Shop Glass which allows me to further my craft as well as continue to learn and make connections with amazing people.
